How far in advance do I need to schedule my dog’s service?

What is included in the basic boarding fee?
- Dogs – Included for no additional fee are three potty breaks a day (about 5-10 minutes each) in our potty yard, two to three meals (fed in our provided stainless steel bowls) depending on your feeding schedule, and bedding upon request.
- Cats – Included for no additional charge is one litter box change per day, two to three meals (fed in our provided stainless steel bowls) depending on your feeding schedule, and bedding upon request.
Do you provide dog food? If so? Is it an extra charge? Is there a discount for bringing my own food?

We are open:
Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 6:00 pm (Closed for lunch from 12:30-2:30)
Saturday from 8:00am-12:30pm
Sunday from 4:00pm-6:00pm
Are you closed for holidays?
Will you medicate my pet? If so, is there an additional charge? How should I bring medications?
We are happy to provide medication to your pet! They only thing we can’t administer is any injectable medications such as insulin. There is a $1 per medication, per administration fee. Please contact the office if you have any questions or would like to discuss your pet’s needs in detail. Price is subject to change from time to time so be sure to check with us if you haven’t boarded in a while!
We ask medications be brought in a daily pill container or the original pill bottle and that pills be cut into the correct dosage prior to check in. If your pet is on a lot of medications or a unique schedule you may be asked to put your pet’s medicines into one of our provided daily pill containers.
*Please Note: If you put your pet’s medication in their pre-packaged food we cannot guarantee that they will receive it. The medication fee insures that the pets will receive any medicines they may need or if for some reason we can’t give it during their stay we will contact you*
