Tours

WildArt offers tours as fun ways to get connected to our community.

Historic Ghost Tours

On Friday and Saturday nights, learn about the historical ghosts around Covington Square with a walking tour given by our experienced ghost guides. You’ll quickly discover that Covington has a rich haunted history. You will also get a taste of “Hollywood of the South” when you visit filming locations that have been associated with paranormal activity. Along with our extensive filming history are the extensive investigations by T.A.P.S. (The Atlantic Paranormal Society) of paranormal activities.

During the ghost tours, you will witness actual video accounts from people who have experienced paranormal activity first-hand at various stops. Covington has a colorful history, and at times you might feel the hairs stand up on the back of your neck. Remember to bring your cameras and charged devices to record your own witness account.

The ghost tours start and end at WildArt, which was once the facade for the Vampire Diaries TV show. Make sure to arrive at least 15 minutes early to check-in at WildArt. We will start promptly at the corner of Washington Street and Church Street (1105 Washington Street). This activity is not recommended for children under 12 years of age. An adult must accompany children at all times. Private groups can make separate arrangements for Sundays and weekdays.
